Severe Mold Attack in Itasca

This bank-owned property located in Itasca suffered significant mold damage to the kitchen and adjoining rooms. Our SERVPRO Applied Microbial technicians, wearing the required personal protection equipment, isolated the infested rooms from the remainder of the house with sheeting and proceeded with the demolition. Unfortunately, there was no chance to restore rather than replace in this situation. The After photo depicts a section of the treated area exposed for antifungal treatment. With the disinfecting and the deodorizing finished, we started the rebuild process in order to restore this mold remediated structure to a condition ready for resale by the bank.
