Commercial Water Damage – Elk Grove Meeting Room

A ruptured primary water line caused significant water damage to this hotel meeting room. The carpeting was completely soaked under standing water in addition to the walls and ceiling. Though the room seemed to be in need of a total rebuild, we believed we could restore. We used specialized equipment to remove the water, tore out parts of the ceiling that had been affected, and cut portions of drywall away to allow drying behind the walls. Commercial air movers and dehumidification equipment were then set up to completely dry the area. We succeeded in restoring more than eighty percent of the room, much to the delight of the insurance adjuster.
