Commercial Mold Remediation in Rolling Meadows

Mold remediation requires containment in order to limit the spread of mold spores. This commercial property suffered extensive mold damage throughout the premises, which required a large amount of containment to protected unaffected areas from further mold damage. The before photo shows the containment set up; notice the large green air scrubber attached, creating negative air pressure to prevent contaminated air from leaving the area. For this to work properly, the containment setup needs to be airtight.

After letting the equipment run for a few days, an indoor environmental engineer was brought in to perform post-testing verification. The test came back showing the air humidity and the presence of mold spores were all reduced to normal levels, meaning successful mold remediation was performed.
