Storm Damaged Elk Grove House

A severe storm caused significant damage to this home in Elk Grove. The Before photo illustrates the ceiling damage that compromised the attic crawlspace and roof. Water damage also spread throughout the structure from groundwater intrusion. In this situation, a "pack out" is done to move furniture and belongings away to prevent further water damage. These items can then be cleaned off-site to salvage as much as possible. The interior of the house was then stripped down to the framing for a total restoration and replacement. The After photo shows the final water and moisture extraction by air movers and dehumidifiers.
