Extensive Water Damage in Rolling Meadows Office Space

This office space in Rolling Meadows suffered extensive water damage in multiple areas, with affected carpet, ceiling tiles, and cubicles littered with debris. We were able to salvage the carpeting, but there were quite a few ceiling tiles that needed to be replaced. After extracting water from the carpets and tearing out all wet material, we placed our equipment and monitored daily to make sure every area was drying as expected before moving onto reconstruction. It is always our goal to make sure our clients' properties are in preloss condition after we're done with it, which we were able to do for this client as shown in the after photo. Like it never even happened!
