Itasca Basement Flood Zone

At this home located in Itasca, the basement was being remodeled into a mother-in-law suite before floodwaters disrupted the whole project. You can see in the Before photo the water damage waiting for removal. Eager to solve this problem as quickly as possible, the owner requested our team to quickly dry out and sanitize the sub level so the remodel could continue on schedule. We obliged by discarding all wet materials and setting up several LGR low-grain refrigerant dehumidifiers to work in unison with air movers. Within a few days, it was "Like it never even happened."
